SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
• Handmade underwear and crochet/knitted pieces to order in 7-21 business days
• Eco post-Standard (7-12 business days). The service is provided to countries: Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, United States, Belgium, Brazil, UK, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Russia.
• Shipping times are approximate because of weather/customs/holidays. I am unable to guarantee an exact delivery day.

Items are shipped with First Class International shipping, can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, and are sent with no extra insurance. If you would like faster shipping/insurance, please get in touch with me. PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE that customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and are different for every country. I will not send items marked as a "Gift."

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
